SteadyFlow is an agency based in Albania that builds AI websites and WhatsApp and Instagram automation for small businesses. This page explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Details you type into our forms: name, email, business name, website, country, phone or WhatsApp number, what you want to automate, your message, and the time you pick for a call.
- Account details: when you create an account we store your name, email and the details you add. When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name and email address from them. We never see your password, and we do not read your contacts, posts or messages.
- Orders: the plan, billing country and payment choice you select at checkout.
- Demo messages: what you type into the live demo is processed by an AI service to write the reply. Please do not type sensitive personal information there.
- Your browser: we keep a small sign-in marker in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message, book your call and prepare your quote.
- To create and secure your account, including sending you one-time sign-in codes and a welcome email.
- To set up and run the service you order.
We rely on your consent and on what is needed to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted providers to run the website: web hosting, email delivery, workflow automation and an AI service for the demo. They only process your information on our behalf. When you use Google or Facebook sign-in, your browser loads their sign-in tools, and their own privacy terms apply to that step.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or an active conversation with us, and as long as the law requires us to keep records such as invoices. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent. This applies under Albanian data protection law and, for visitors from the European Union, under the GDPR. To delete your data, use the data deletion page. For anything else, use the contact form and tell us what you need. We reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Larger changes are announced on this website.

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This works the same way if you signed up with email, Google or Facebook.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Messages, call bookings and form details you sent us.
- Demo conversations linked to your email.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for paid orders, and we delete it once the required period ends.
How to ask
Request received.
We will delete the data linked to within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
You can also stop sharing information with us from their side:
- Facebook: open Settings, then Apps and Websites, find the app and press Remove. Then send the request above so we delete what we already hold.
- Google: open your Google Account, then Security, then Third-party access, find SteadyFlow and press Remove access. Then send the request above.
